Find A Conveyancer

What are the benefits of using an AIC Member

“Find a Conveyancing Business in NSW’ is a free service provided by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division so that consumers can find a conveyancing business in the locality that most suits their need. All businesses listed on this site are Certified Practising Conveyancers, ‘CPC’.   An AIC member is a qualified professional, who specialises in this single field of law and as such is up to date with all changes to legislation and procedures that may effect your conveyancing transaction.

What is a CPC?

What will a CPC do?

A CPC is an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW, who handles property transactions and has a comprehensive knowledge and experience that comes with dealing in this one aspect of law. CPC's provide Professional Indemnity Insurance for your protection and must comply with the high standards set by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division and has the full backing of the Institute and its resources.

When selling a property you will want a contract prepared; a CPC will do this for you and will obtain all necessary documents required to make up a contract and handle all matters necessary to take your sale through to completion. When buying a property a CPC will explain the contract and negotiate any changes that are deemed necessary, discuss necessary property reports, explain mortgage documents and arrange all necessary inquiries needed to complete your purchase.
